We are proud to say we have a state-of-the-art general, cosmetic and TMJ dental practice offering the highest quality dental care available. We are confident that you will feel right at home when you have a visit with us. We want to impress you!
Making a Reservation
You will find that we are a little different than most dental practices out there when it comes to our scheduling. We are not a high volume office. When you schedule a reservation with us you are our main focus--we do not double and triple book our schedules. Double and triple booking has sadly become a very common practice in health care today. I think you will agree that we are all tired of having to wait because a heath care provider has overfilled their schedules. You can rest assured that while you are our guest you are our priority. If you would like to make a reservation, please contact our office by phone or email and Lisa, Maggie or Lauren will be happy to help you.
Office Hours
We are in the office Monday through Thursday with dental hygiene reservations available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Our hours are as follows:
--Monday: 10am-8pm
--Tuesday: 9am-7pm
--Wednesday: Variable Administrative Hours
--Thursday: 8am-6pm
--Friday: Reconstructive Cases by appt
Scheduling Changes
If you are unable to keep a reservation, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this time to another patient waiting to see us.
Financial
We will be happy to submit dental insurance forms for you on your behalf to help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Monthy payment plans are always available through our partner companies CareCredit and Springstone Financial. Forms of payment accepted by our office are check, cash, or any major credit card including Discover and American Express.
Insurance
We have made a very hard decision with our patients best interests at heart. That decision is that we have chosen not to contract with most insurance carriers. This is because we are unwilling to compromise how we treat our patients in order to participate in insurance plan's networks. A preferred provider is only "preferred" because they have agreed to the insurance carriers demands of reduced fees which results in the trade off for high volume. We will NOT compromise your care in that way. Our mission is to take the best possible care of you--not to serve your insurance carriers financial interests. However, as long as your carrier advises that you can see any dentist you choose then your benefits will be there to assist with your costs in our office.
